SPICY & HEALTHY BUTTERMILK


Buttermilk drunk on regular basis helps in the improvement of indigestion. The preparation of buttermilk is a very simple process. Buttermilk is lower in fat than milk, because the fat has been removed to make butter.
So drink up for health! And enjoy that smooth , creamy texture. My homemade buttermilk came out yummy!!

Ingredients:
Curd/yogurt - 1/2 cup ( i used non-fat yogurt)
Green chillies - 1/2 
Ginger - 1/2 inch
Coriander leaves - 2 spring
Mint leaves - 2 
Water 
Salt to taste 

Method:
Beat curd well with  some water and  add rest of the ingredients in the blender and grind it smooth.
