This dish  made with the left over idlies. Idly is one of the most traditional dish in South India. Bored of eating idlies ? Here comes an easy spicy idly. Idly is one of the dish which is all time favourite. It taste simply amazing. 

Try it out and let me know how it comes.
Here goes my recipe....

Idly pieces 
Onion - 1 medium 
Dry chilli paste - 2 tsp( to ur spice level)
Capsicum - 1 
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Dry red chillies - 2 
Spring onion - 2-3
Coriander leaves - for garnishing
Salt to taste

For tempering:
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Urad dal - 1 tsp 
Curry leaves - 3-4 (optional)

To make Dry chilli paste:
Soak the dry red chillies in the warm water for 10-15 min and grind it into paste.
Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds, urad dal , dry chillies , dry chilli paste and fry it well till the raw smell goes off.
Add onion, capsicum, turmeric powder & add little water and cook in low flame till the capsicum cooked.
Then add idly pieces, spring onion and salt and fry it till the idlies mix up with chilli paste.
Finally garnish with coriander leaves.
