RAVA IDLY


This recipe is perfect for breakfast or dinner. It will be take only 10-15 min. It taste good with coconut chutney, coriander chutney ..

Ingredients:
Rava - 1 cup 
Curd - 1/2 cup 
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp 
Urad dal - 1/2 tsp 
Channa dal - 1/2 tsp 
Hing - a pinch 
Ginger - a small piece chopped 
Dry red chillies - 2-3 
Salt to taste 
Oil 

Method:
Soak rava in curd for 1 hour.
Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds, urad dal, channa dal, hing , dry red chillies, ginger pieces, and fry it for 10 sec. Turn off heat.
Add this to rava curd batter. 
Grease idly plates with little oil and pour the batter in it.
Steam the batter for 10-15 in Idly cooker.
