Capsicum - 1/2 cup
Baby corn - 1/4 cup
Basmati rice - 1 cup cooked
Cloves - 1
Cinnamon - 1
Bay leaf - 1
Chilli- garlic sauce - 2 tblspn
Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tblspn
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Heat oil add bay leaf, cloves, cinnamon,cumin seeds, ginger-garlic paste, capsicum, baby corn and fry till fully cooked.
Then add salt, cooked rice, chilli-garlic sauce and cook on high heat for 5-10 min.
Serve with raita.
