Mango Milkshake


Mangoes are all time favorite for everyone. Refreshing Indian summer drink. This is a delicious, refreshing and easy to make drink for hot summer days.
You can able to get  fresh mangoes and you can use the flesh of one ripe mango for about 1 cup of the mango pulp. Mangoes are not only delicious they are also rich in vitamins, minerals and anti-oxidants. Mangoes are high in fiber.





Ingredients:
Mango - 1 big                                                                                                                                                  
Milk - 1 1/2 cup (fat-free milk)
Sugar - acc to ur taste( optional)
Hing - a pinch
Ice cubes - 2-3 (optional)

Method:
Take a ripe mango and extract its pulp into a mixer. 
Blend it for 2 min until the pulp is in paste form.
Add milk, crushed ice and sugar and beat it again for 1 min.
Serve cool.

BANANA STRAWBERRY MILK SHAKE


Bananas are good for our heart and nerves. They are good source of dietary fiber. I always keep bananas in home for easy snacking. Frothy and delicious!
I have tried it with Fat-free milk for this milkshake just use whatever you have at home, and enjoy your Milkshake! 

Ingredients:

Fresh strawberry - 3-4 
Banana - 1 big 
Milk - 1/2 - 1 cup ( fat-free milk)

Method:
Heat milk in micro oven for 2 min. Allow it to cool and keep it in refrigerator.
In a blender add strawberries, banana  and a cup of milk. Blend it to a smooth paste.
Serve cool.

 

STRAWBERRY SOY MILK SHAKE


We all know strawberries are delicious, but they are also nutritious, and ideally should be a part of everyone's daily diet.
Strawberries contain a range of nutrients, with vitamin c heading the group. They also contain significant level of antioxidants. The medium sized strawberries are more sweeter and more flavorful than larger ones. They are commonly used for smoothies, salad, dessert, yogurts, ice cream, fruit dishes, appetizers, candy, drinks.....
Ingredients:
Fresh strawberries - 6-7
Sugar - as u like it 
Soy milk( unsweetend) - 1 cup 

Method:
In a blender put the strawberry, sugar and a 1/2 cup of milk. Blend it to a smooth paste.
Add the rest of the milk and blend it once again.
Garnish with strawberry pieces. Serve cool.

BLUEBERRY & SOY MILK SHAKE


Cool refreshing milkshake for summer. Blueberries has many medicinal benefits. That help us reducing heart disease risk, regulating blood sugar, improving night vision, and diarrhea.......................
It is very easy and very healthy shake. Some peoples will be very lazy to eat fruits from fridge but when we make milk shake or juices they are ready to drink that first. Milk shakes and juices are something that will tempt anybody. 

Ingredients:

Wild blueberry  - 1 cup( fresh or frozen)
Soy Milk - 1 cup ( I used Trader's joe organic unsweetend soymilk)
Sugar - as u like it
Ice cubes 

Method:
Mix all the ingredients in the blender and pour it in glasses.
Garnish with fresh blueberries or vanilla ice cream.
Serve immediately.
