1/2 cup onion chopped
2 cloves garlic chopped
3/4 cup cream style corn(canned)
1o basil leaves, chopped
1/2 cup fusili(pasta)
1 teaspoon olive oil or oil
2 tablespoon tomato puree
salt and pepper to taste
For garnish:
2 tablespoon grated cheese & basil leaves.
Method:
1. Combine the onion,garlic, & olive oil in a microwave safe bowl & microwave
for 2 min.
2. Add the cream style corn,basil,tomato puree, fusili(pasta) ,& 3 cups of water
and microwave for 10 min until the fusili is cooked.
3. Add the salt and pepper & mix well.
4. Garnish with cheese & basil leaves.
